We made a quick trip to Memphis this weekend to visit Luke, Amanda, and Kate. We went up on Saturday and had dinner at the famous Rendezvous. Luke had told us about it and we were not disappointed. We shopped for wedding gifts for Wade's niece, Whitney and spent the night in Olive Branch. We visited with Kate for a while yesterday. She slept the entire time we were there, but I guess that's what babies do. I could easily become addicted to holding, rocking, and spoiling her. She makes the cutest faces while she sleeps. It's obvious that Wade is out of practice with holding a newborn. It has been a while since we had a baby in our family. Maybe she can visit us soon and I'll be sure to getsome pictures while she is awake.
