Here Comes The Bride!!!

Our family spent the weekend in Macon, GA for Wade's niece, Whitney's, wedding. Luckily we had Friday and Monday off school, so we drove down Thursday night so that Hayden and I could attend the bridesmaids luncheon Friday morning. We went to a small restaurant called Molly's. The food was great and we had a fun time. We helped with decorating the church that afternoon and then went to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner that night. Both went well. The dinner was in Perry, Ga at The Swanson House, and again the food was delicious. The next morning (8:30am), some of the bridesmaids and Whitney went to a salon to get their hair put up. They had to be at the church at 1:30 for pictures. The wedding started at 5:00. It was as beautiful a wedding as I have ever attended, and Whitney was a beautiful bride! It just so happens that Josh's mom is a wedding planner, and is a partner with a lady that rents wedding decorations. So the decorations were amazing. The colors were bright pink, orange, and a chartreuse green. The flowers, bouquets, and arrangements were awesome. Josh is a big time hunter/outdoorsman. The groom's table was decorated with moss, ducks, turkey, and his cake was a deer. Everything was gorgeous. I love these colors!
What a great idea for a groom's table.
The Toast!
There was a candy buffet at the reception. It was a hit with children and adults.
